The owners had originally planned to open a French sandwich shop, but when they started working on the layout and design, the space itself decided and showed that it would be a cosy romantic restaurant. French and Italian tastes intersect here with fresh and natural Latvian products.
Mio is a family-run restaurant, owned by a husband and wife team. Both have invested their lives in and built their lives around this place - paying attention to even the smallest details and putting a part of themselves into every single thing they do.
